Ruby turns 6 years old!

Ruby decided she didn't want to have a birthday party this year because she wanted to donate to animals in Africa and have a "Ruby day". So, her Dad donated on her behalf to the world wildlife fund and in return, she received stuffed animals to the animals she donated to which were orangutans, giraffes, and elephants. What a sweet girl! She wanted to go bowling and out to eat for her "Ruby day". It was great!

Winter solstice
We adopte a new holiday tradition a couple of years ago. On the winter solstice, we make bird feeders for the birds with pinecones, peanut butter and birdseed. The birds go crazy over the feeders!
